Privacy Policy – Full Body Workout at Home

Welcome to Full Body Workout at Home's Privacy Policy. This document aims to inform you about how we, Navigation Apps Studio, collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use our Fitness App. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to safeguarding your information.

The Information You Provide

When using the app, you can choose to enter your gender, age, height, and weight. This information is used to calculate your daily maintenance calories and calories burned during exercises. You can update this information at any time in the app settings to ensure your workout reports are more accurate.

Please note that this information is optional. If you choose not to fill in the relevant information, it will not affect the core user experience and functionality of the app, but it may slightly reduce the accuracy of personalized results. This information is not collected or stored by us — it remains limited to your own device only.

App Permissions

Our Fitness App may require the following permissions to function properly on your device:

  • Internet: Required to check the state or stability of the internet connection for smooth and reliable app functionality.
  • Advertising ID: Used to access the device advertising identifier for delivering relevant ads via Google AdMob.
  • Post Notification Permission: Required to send push notifications to the user.

Data Retention

Navigation Apps Studio does not collect, store, or retain any personal data on its own servers or databases. Any data processed directly by our app is handled ephemerally — it exists only in memory during active use and is not stored after the session ends.

However, third-party SDKs integrated in our app — including Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics — may collect and process certain data as described in this policy. Their data handling is governed by Google's privacy policies.

  • No Long-Term Storage by Us: Any data used while you are actively using the app is handled in real time and removed right after it serves its purpose. Nothing is saved on our servers or cloud storage.
  • No Accounts Required: You do not need to create an account or log in. We do not collect or store usernames, passwords, or any personal login details.
  • Temporary Access Only: Some features may need certain permissions (like Internet access) to work properly. This access happens only on your device, and no data is sent to or stored by us.
  • No Backups or Logs by Us: We do not create backups, system logs, or analytics that include personal information on our own infrastructure.

The Way We Share Information

We do not share any personal information with third parties directly. However, the following third-party services are integrated in our app and may collect data as part of their standard operation:

Google AdMob (Monetization): Used to display ads within the app. Google may collect certain data such as IP addresses and Advertising Identifiers to provide personalized ad experiences. Before collecting this data, Google will seek the user's consent. Without user consent, Google will not collect such data. Google is obligated not to disclose or use this information for any other purposes. See: Google Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics for Firebase (Analytics): Used to collect app interaction data — such as which features or screens are accessed within the app — to understand user behavior, improve app performance, and measure the effectiveness of our features. This data is processed ephemerally and is not linked to any personally identifiable information. See: Firebase Privacy.

Firebase Crashlytics (Crash Reporting): Used to collect crash logs for the purpose of diagnosing and fixing app stability issues. Crash log data is collected and shared with Google. This data is processed ephemerally and is used solely for analytics and performance improvement purposes. No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports.

Google Play Services: Used for core device functionality and ad-related services.

These third-party services may place and read identifiers on your device. We do not have direct access or control over the data collected by these third parties. For more information on how Google uses data, see: How Google uses data when you use our partners' apps.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases for data processing by third-party services integrated in our app:

  • Consent: For personalized advertising via Google AdMob, we rely on your explicit consent obtained through our in-app GDPR consent dialog. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the app settings.
  • Legitimate Interests: For crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics) and app performance analytics (Firebase Analytics), we rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving app stability and performance. This processing does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

There is a GDPR consent mechanism in our app that applies to users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK. It is used to show personalized and more transparent ads of the user's choice, and it asks for consent whether the user wants to allow personalized ads or manage it with their own preferences.

Additionally, an Advertising ID section provides users with a re-settable ID for advertising provided by Google Play Services, giving users better control and enabling them to delete or reset their identifier.

Data Controller: Navigation Apps Studio is the data controller responsible for your personal data under applicable privacy laws. For any data-related enquiries, please contact us at navigationappsstudio@gmail.com.

Data Protection Officer: As a small independent developer, we are not legally required to appoint a formal Data Protection Officer, as we do not engage in large-scale processing of personal data. For any data protection related queries, please contact us directly at navigationappsstudio@gmail.com.

If you prefer not to receive targeted advertisements, you have the right to opt out. We honor user requests to limit such data use and can disable personalized ad services upon request.

Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell your personal data in exchange for money.
